Significant venous eczema and ulcers, been treated as psoriasis with multiple steroid creams. Leg has been weeping – started on oral Prednisolone. Sore and hot rash. Very itchy, taking antihistamines. Leg swelling more severe lately, impeding ability to walk. Pain of leg interrupting sleep. Quality of life score 74/100 (very significant impairment).
